A beautiful way of celebrating your birthday!
I am from India, and on every birthday, my mother makes sure to visit the temple and make donations to the orphanage. She used to plan a birthday with the orphanage kids. Now, being a mother, we made a family tradition of planting trees and feeding cattle in the cattle shelters, besides spending a day at the orphanage.
